Vista Home wireless printing
Dell Inspiron laptop w/ Vista Home, home wireless router, HP 4500 wireless printer. Upon bootup, everything is good - sees the internet & prints fine. When I move the laptop across the street to the office (without shutting down), of course it loses the router connection. When I move it back home, it reconnects to the router (I have internet access) but it will NOT print - it spools the document like the printer is disconnected (although the printer has not changed). Turning the wireless off and on does not fix the problem. Rebooting the laptop will fix it. Rarely, rebooting the printer will fix it. It "may" be related to the printer going into energy-save" mode.

Hi, As you mentioned it may be due to the printer going into Energy-save mode, you can go and check the printer and turn it back on to check the result. Please try another user account to check. This might be by design. Please also involve the printer driver support for more detailed information.
