Vista Business, 2003 domain & Local Logins
I am running Vista Business x64 and am joined to a 2003 Domain using roaming profiles. I can connect to the network and use resources without a problem. My question is more with the local logon. Is there a way to get the dropdown list back for local vs. domain logon so I don't have to type the computer name in each time i wish to logon locally? Thank you, Steve Hathaway

I had this same problem. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a way to revert back to the old login window. However, there is a workaround to avoid having to know and type in the computer name:Preceed your username with .\ (this is a period + back slash). So, if you have a local username steve, type in .\steve. This will allow you to easily login to the local computer.
