I have Vista Ultimate edition and I have not been able to log in because it says the user account has been locked out. I tried to log in as administrator and it will not work. I reloaded Vista on another drive in my computer and I cannot even access some of the files on the other hard drive. Does anyone out there have any suggestions??

I have Vista Ultimate on a lap top and it keeps locking me out of my user account. I am getting SSL authentication failed messages that appear to be from IP addresses at different sites that I have connected to. What the heck?I also lost my encyrpted files so that I can not open them...I don't care about cracking the password, I want the stupid system to stop locking me out!Help?
