Vista 64 bit report wrong loopback address in connection
Hi, I create a SSH tunnel from my local machine to the RDP server and connect to local loopback address (say 127.12.0.10) to connect to remote RDP server (Windows 2003 R2). This works fine and I can see the local loopback address (127.12.0.10) as the client address in the TS connection properties. When I use RDP client from Vista 64 bit to connect to local loop back address, the connection is established, however the client address in the properties is ALWAYS set to 127.0.0.1 instead of the one which I actually connected to(127.12.0.10). I previously thought that this is some problem with RDP and put the question on TS forum. However it seems to be a networking issue. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/winserverTS/thread/f45f3c9d-df75-47ed-b0e7-7a0e0117c370 Please let me know why this is happening and how can I fix this.
