I have an end user who is having an odd drive mapping or scripting problem. He has 2 PCs;The first is a Dell M6400 Precision laptop running Vista Premium 64 bit (French) SP 2. On this machine all of his scripted drive mappings work properly.The second is a Dell T7500 Precision Desktop running Vista Business 64 bit (US English) SP 2. On this machine 1 of his three drive mappings isn't working propely. It appears normally but when he tries to access it he hets an error "network location is not available". This machine is brand new, I just configured and delivered it to him. Originally it had SP 1 on it, but upgrading to SP 2 did not fix the problem. The only thing I can think to do is to run GPUPDATE, but I'm not convinced that this is going to help. Any ideas?B

Never mind, problem solved.Co-worker misconfigured the network settings.
