Vista 32 bit - Internet stops working
Hello I have just install Vista Ultimate 32 bit on my new machine thatI built. OK I have a linksysUSB adapter w/speedboosterthatI use to connect to the net. I installed all the Vista drivers from their site. OK I have done a windows update and once all the new updates install everything is fine BUT every once in awhile my internet quits working and when i click (start, connect to) a white sceen will appear and nothing will happen no networks pull up, nothing it's like it freezes up.OnceI reboot the computer the interent starts working and might stay working for awhile BUT then it will mess again (eratic). I talk to LINKSYS last night and they had me go toControl panel, Network & sharing Center, Manage network connections, Right click Wireless Network Connection, Properties and uncheck the boxes labeled QOS Packet Scheduler andIPC or IPV6. Does someone know what I should do I have reloaded Vista 3 time and the same thing happens. Please help Oh and this system was working fine about 3 weeks ago and has worked fine for about 3 months. Thank You res0tm5t@msn.com

This isa common problem. Trybrowsing "Windows Vista Networking" Forum. That is, you're not the first to start a thread on this issue. There's nothing more to say that hasn't been rehashed on many other threads.
