Among the many, many problems I've been having with Vista is the following: Bluetooth has decided not to work. The "Bluetooth Devices" applet appears in the control panel but double clicking it does nothing - it used to. I am running Windows Vista Business on an LG P1 Pro express Dual. My system us up to date for the most part; updating to the latest version of the display driver broke hibernation and sleeping and I had to roll back to the previous version.
