Vista
Here is a wierd problem. I have a desktop that is Vista Home Premium...and two laptops that are XP..one Pro the other Home... I have a wireless NetGear network. Everything is turned on in Vista..sharing..Private network...Printer sharing. In fact, both XP's see vista on their maps and the printer that is hooked to Vista is shared by both XP's... The problem is the Vista doesn't see either XP on Network map. Once again, Everything is turned on in Vista that is supposed to be on..

Hi, Thank you for your post again! Please make sure the network discovery is switched on from network and sharing centre. You may also need to install Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) Responder (KB922120 To troubleshoot the issue, please disable Windows firewall on Windows Vista as a test.
