A virus (or similar) prevents restore, cmd, etc. from opening and points a browser to wisobivesu.com/buy.html. Anyone know of a fix I can download to a CD or thumb drive?

I was finally able to restore by shutting down with the power switch several times which got me into Startup Repair where I was able to Restore to my last configuration. I still would like to have info on this "wisobivesu.com/buy.html" situation; I think it may have come from a Quickbooks forum--not sure about that. Tip
