Virtualization on Windows 8.1

I recently purchased a laptop HP Pavilion g7-2270 running Windows 8.1.

Is there a way to enable Virtualization without upgrading the OS to Pro or Enterprise ?

How about installing a Free Hypervisor ?

No more Parallels for Windows.  They dropped their Windows product and just offer a Mac OS X solution.

Isn't the Hyper-V Server 2008 still available as a Free hypervisor ?

Is there Free hypervisor available with Server 2012 ?
