Hi ,
Would you like to clarify the problem you encountered when downloading the Virtual PC? Was any error received?
Windows validation components must be installed first before downloading the XP Mode.
Have you completed the validation?
Also, did you add this site to the trusted sites?
Meanwhile, I suggest you temporarily disable the third party security programs and try to download the Virtual PC again.

Hello Tracy
I have just tried the URL that Hua Min refers to and it seems there is really an error.
Validation has completed, but the message pops up again and again. I have tested it on Windows 7 Enterprise.
You are right that there is a prerequisite, namely the
www.microsoft.com is in trusted sites list. I am very curious about this aspect - I would expect that IE 9 has this settings as default. After adding MS URL to trusted sites, then the process continues smoothly and all files are accessible.
