Hi, I would like to verify when the issue occurs. The issue may related to Adobe Flash ActiveX. You can reinstall the latest version for a test. 1. Go Program and Features, find Adobe Flash Player, click Uninstall, then restart the computer. Or you can use the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html 2. Download the latest version from: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Also, you can reset IE, perform clean boot, disable antivirus or firewall to avoid blocking. Best Regards, Niki Please remember to click "Mark as Answer" on the post that helps you, and to click "Unmark as Answer" if a marked post does not actually answer your question. This can be beneficial to other community members reading the thread.
