Video not playing on network windows7
I have networked our CCTC a Bosch DVR-16L and the video footage plays ok on two of my three laptops and not on my desk top. The desk top is windows 7, two laptops are vista and one is xp. The xp works and only one of the vista laptops works. The desktop windows 7 works to the point it allows video footage up but it remains in still mode untill i move the screen up and down and then it just adjusts as I do this but never runs on full video mode. Can anyone help as it is a bit inconvenient to have two desktop screens and a laptop on my desk all the time?

Hi, Thanks for posting here. Please try to login with Clean Boot or Safe Mode with network for test. Did you play the video via Windows Media Player? Please reinstall Media Player to see if the same problem occurs: 1. Type appwiz.cpl in Start menu search box and hit enter to launch Program and Features window. 2. In the left pane, click Turn Windows features on or off option to see Windows Features window. 3. Here expand Media Feature list and then uncheck Windows Media Player box. If you are prompted with “this will also turn of Windows Media Center” message simply click Yes as you will reinstall it later. 4. You will be asked to Reboot your PC to uninstall WMP. Hit Restart now button to do so. 5. As you need to reinstall Windows Media Player, you need to install WMP again. Once again, open Windows Features window, tick the Windows Media Player & Windows Media Center Media Center boxes and then click Ok button to begin installing the WMP & WMC again. Hope it works.
