Hi, I have problems with my new pc.
I have a Lenovo y50 70, RAM 16GB, HDD 1TB and Windows 8.1 installed. I have been this problem since I bought the pc several month ago. I ve already talked with Lenovo staff but after several resets nothing has changed, they say that it's not an hardware
issue.
Is there something I can do? I am now looking at the event viewer in Diagnostic Performance and I can see many critical level operations with event id 100, the general information for one of these are:
Windows has started up:
Boot Duration :
180601ms
IsDegradation :
false
