Iam using windows7. when i save a document in my mapping drive it is taking long time.any solution for this?

Is it the save process that takes a long time or a long time to actually display the mapped drive? If it's the latter then it's worth making sure that all of your mapped drives are working correctly. If you have one mapped in that doesn't point to an available location then it will take quite a long time to display the drive list when saving through office.

Hi, I would like to verify what doc is saved. What’s the file size? How about creating another mapping drive? I suggest you update the network adapter driver from manufacture's site first, disable security software on both sides. If the issue persists, please refer to the following methods for testing. 1.
