So I'm having an issue with the software Ventrilo. Whenever I join a server the software would stop working almost instantly or within a few minutes. Here is the windows event viewer information. Notice the two different exception codes. 0xc0000005 happens more often than the other one. I think that the reason for this faulting module path might be related to my USB headset, a Razer Megaladon, which i even plugged into a different machine and started to give this error. This issue only started happening about 2 weeks ago. I am using Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and Ventrilo 64-bit. I think that a fresh install of windows would be needed, but if there is another way to help fix the ntdll.dll file please tell.

Thanks for the reply. System File Checker found nothing wrong. I'm going to look into the In-place Upgrade. Ill keep you posted on the matter.

Update: I performed a clean install of Windows 7 64bit, going to test memory right now.
