Hi,When did this issue first occur? Have it ever worked on any other online vedios like the video on MSN homepage? If so, the sound card driver should be fine. Try the following steps and check the result.1.Launch Registry Editor by typing regedit at Run command.2.Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32 3.On the right pane, and check for existance of “wavemapper” registry subkey, the mail culprit causing Flash no sound. If not found, create a new String value named “wavemapper”, and give the entry value “msacm32.drv”. If wavemapper entry is already existed, ensure that its value data is “msacm32.drv”. Also ensure and verify that the msacm32.drv driver file is existing in C:\Windows\System32 folder. If the file is missing in that location, search for other copy of msacm32.drv in the computer, or copy that file from another system. If still no go, try reset IE and reinstall the add-ons to play vedio.Reset Internet Explorer 8===================Note: the following steps will remove all of installed add-ons, passwords, etc. and reset IE to default settings. We need to reinstall the add-ons after resetting.1. Click "Start", type "inetcpl.cpl" (without quotation marks) and press "Enter" to open the Internet options window.2. Switch to the "Advanced" tab.3. Click "Reset…" to reset Internet Explorer settings.4. Check "Delete personal settings" and click "Reset" to confirm the operation.5. Click "Close" when the resetting process is complete.6. Launch "Internet options" window and switch to the "Advanced" tab again.7. Uncheck "Enable third-party browser extensions" in the Settings box.7. Switch to the "General" tab, click "Use Blank" under the Home page area8. Click "Apply" and “OK".9. Close the Internet Explorer window.

Please pay attention to modify registry, it is recommended to backup registry in advance, any incorrect modification can cause unrecoverable damage. Thus before taking registry fix as Magon_67's suggestion, you'd better verify if you have trouble with playing other network videos or local media. If the issue only occur with specific videos, I am assuming it is caused by compatibility conflicts. I would like to suggest you performing a Clean Boot to check the cause. Best RegardsDale
