VPN icon not responding
This HP computer is brand new and has Windows XP Pro 32 bit installed. I was able to create a VPN connection using the Create a Connection feature. I have created and used this VPN on over 100 PCs. After creating the connection it connected to the VPN the first time. A few days later the user went to use the VPN and when you click the icon nothing happens. You can right click the icon and get to properties, but you cannot delete the icon or VPN connection. I created another instance of the VPN and named it differently. The VPN connected. I then disconnected from the VPN and now it is doing the same thing. The icon doesn't respond to the Enter key or clicking. Yesterday it was telling unknown error occured. Today I'm not getting any errors, but it still won't respond.
