Trouble configuring laptop for VPN access - Am running XP - SP3 Selecting : Control Panel / Network Connections / New Connection Wizard / Next / Connect to the network at workplace (VPN) / Next At this point, both selections are "grayed out" leaving no options to choose. Suspended the firewall, but no change. Don't know what should be turned on in "services.msc" or msconfig "services" that is preventing further setup. Any thoughts ?
