Hi, You could temporarily turn off the firewall and build a new incoming connection: Set up an incoming VPN Based on my research, it would be related to some services. When you start Windows by using a normal startup, several applications and services start automatically, and then run in the background. These programs include basic system processes, antivirus software, system utility applications, and other software that has been previously installed. These applications and services can cause interference when you install or run a program. So if the issue persists, you can perform a Boot Clean to troubleshoot. Also, you can install the Microsoft Loopback Adapter to check the result. Here is the steps: 1.Click the Start menu. 2.Search for “cmd". 3.Right-click on “cmd” and select “Run as Administrator” 4.Enter “hdwwiz.exe” 5.In the "Welcome to the Add Hardware Wizard", click Next. 6.Select "Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced)" and click Next. 7.Scroll down and select "Network adapters" and click Next. 8.Select under Manufacturer "Microsoft" and then under Network Adapter "Microsoft Loopback Adapter" and click Next. Besides, You can refer to the similar issue: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-us/w7itpronetworking/thread/E072CC57-0951-4C4A-9CB9-AA4A23925C15 Hope it helps.
