I can connect to our network via VPN, but cannot browse the network. I can ping IP addresses but cannot browse any of the shares. What's strange is that it works with WinXP??

Hi, You may be accessing the shares using SMB protocol. This is a known issue and a QFE is provided for this. Following link has more details. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933468/en-us If your company network allows NetBT (NetBios over TCPIP) then you can enable this and can workaround the problem. You can enable NetBt using following steps. Go to properties of the connection. Go to "Networking" tab. Make sure check boxes for "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" and "Client for Microsoft Networks" are selected. Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on "Properties". Click on "Advanced" in next page. Go to "WINS" tab in "Advanced TCP/IP Settings" dialog. Select "Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP" Click OK. Dial the connection now.
