VDBUS driver is digitally signed but sigverif says it isn't
Hello, I installed COMODO BackUp 3.0 on my Windows 7 x64 system (http://download.comodo.com/cbu/download/setups/CB_3.0.164972.96_xp_vista_server2003_server2008_win7.exe ). Then, I checked my system for drivers that are not digitally signed using sigverif.exe (in \Windows\System32\) It says the following files are not digitally signed (wdfcoinstaller01009.dll and vdbus.sys), but when I click properties on those files I can see that they are digitally signed by Comodo. Can someone please explain why sigverif.exe sees these files as unsigned, although they are. SigVerif.exe doesn't offer too many details. Thanks

Hi, that the sigverif.exe Check if the driver is signed to Microsoft Operating System but not to the software vender. As Comodo Backup 3.0 is not the product of Microsoft, I suggest you posting your thread to Comodo Backup Forum for further help: http://forums.comodo.com/beta-corner-cb-b171.0/ Please Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice.
