just in the last week: I can no longer open files from the file menu with VC60 I can click on a .cpp or .dsw file, and it will open normally, but if I go file >> open: "MS Developer studio has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry etc" after error (non) reporting, I get: the instruction at 0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004 The memory could not be read. I have run 2 different malware utilities, and a full scan under Norton 360 I have reinstalled Visual studio. 2 people need an answerI do too
