Using Outlook Express, I get a red x, in top left of dialogue box, preventing me from typing any text or replying. A yellow trianble error icon appears in bottom left corner, after I try to type or tab down.
The yellow triangle error message states, "tb ContentElement.DOM is null or not an object"1 person needs an answerI do too

This is Outlook Express and not MS Outlook? Is that the complete error message? Try a new identity. You may have a damaged identity especially if it is the default Main Identity. File | Identity | Add New Identity. Create a new one and test it. If all is well, you can import your messages and Address Book from the old identity and delete it. Note: Do not use the word Main in the name of the new identity.
