Users with Marvell Yukon NICS...Fix!
I was going through hall and back as i could net get on the internet...I could ping sites etc. If you have the Marvel Yukon Adapter there is an easy fix. Go to device manager/network adaptor/advanced and change the "ip4 rx offload" to disabled and all is well! MS...you need to adress this. Kevin

Hi Kevin. I hope you can help me out here. I'm running vista 64bit and i'm having a hard time trying to get my onboard marvell yukon on a dfi lanparty nf4 sli-dr to work. the problem i'm having is that once i'm in vista, i can't use IE or firefox or even connect to another pc at home. i recently upgraded from 2 gigs to 4 gigs of ram. i have an opteron 165. here's the weird thing, without changing anything on the nic's advance settings, if i take away the extra 2 gigs, everything works fine in vista. once i put those 2 gigs back, no more network connection. if i disable MMIO hole in the bios so I'll only see 3.25 gigs in vista, the marvell works fine. i also dual boot with winxp 64 and with 4 gigs in winxp, everything works fine. i've tried everything from the suggestions on this board to searching thru google, but nothing works. i don't know if this is important, but if i check the network status, i see ipv4 having internet connection while ipv6 is limited. could this ipv6 be the problem? i've narrowed down that the board is not the problem. i have a creative labs audigy 2 and that's about it for pci peripheral. i'm at a lost here. please help.

Ummm have that problem, works fine with 2gb, falls apart with anything more....Yes vista64, ASUS P5NSLI MB rev 1401 Marvell Yukon, has 3 IP4 settings under adavanced, flipped them all, off on and between tx/rx...same issues...sluggish or non existent Internet, sluggish in general,Latest non microsoft certified driver is now 10.22.7.3. 4gb works really nice if I turn Marvel Yukon off.
