Users unable to schedule meeting using Lync cient

Hello All,

We have been facing an issue with few of our users who seem to have not been able to schedule meetings using there outlook.

We have searched over the internet for the issue but have failed to find a resolution. Please find the attached screenshot for the error while trying to schedule a meeting through outlook.

We have Lync server 2010 deployed on the server side but the users are using lync 2013 clients at the client end. The outlook version that the users are using is also Outlook 2010.

We request you to guide us with a solution if possible.

Waiting for your kind reply.

Thank You!!!

Are they signed into Lync with the same user account?  Did they have Lync 2010 installed previously?  Can you confirm that the plugin being used is the 2013 plugin and not the old 2010 plugin?

Also, does the SIP address used by the users match the email address in use by the same user, or do they vary?

Hi

Confirm use the same account to sign into Lync 2013 with outlook 2013.

Please make sure that Lync meeting add-ins for Office 2013 is activity and works as normally.

Best regards
