Users contact list gone after migration from lync server 2010 to 2013 to skype for business

Users contact list gone after migration from lync server 2010 to 2013 to Skype for business. Even tried to move user to old pool by force and again moving them back to new pool. Don't have any backup of Lync local db's. Please let me know if there is any solution.

If you use "Force", users' contacts will not move. They will lose all their contacts.

Hi Puneet12745, 

If you select Force, the user account is moved, but any associated user data is deleted. The Force parameter should only be used if you have tried calling the Move-CsUser cmdlet without the parameter and that move failed. 

Users have to manually add them back.
