Hi, You may refer to the steps in the following Microsoft KB article: Error message when you log on to a Windows Vista-based computer by using a temporary profile: "The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded" Regards, Sabrina This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees, and confers no rights. |Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hi Sabrina; Please read the question again before pointing the asker to useless information. The key phrases being "only one profile" and "can't even get past the logon screen". I have the same issue and have been trying to solve it for hours now, but every solution I have found, including the one you reference, involves using an admin or alternate profile. Thanks in advance.
