on my user accounts were changed to administrative accounts, and password is stating is protected,I dont know the password to the account that was made this happened aftermy internet provider came to home to start my services what do I do?

i would contact the ISP engineer as it sounds like they have set a password on the Account o_O not sure why they would do that or even if they are allowed due to this kind of problem.Let us know what they say/doJayD
