User account issue
Hi allI have read about folks having issues with user accounts and the issue with lost admin rights. the advice has been to log on in safe mode and using the admin account to change account type settings.my challenge is that in safe mode I am presented with a screen that shows all users (currently 4) but no default admin account that will allow me to change these users' account settings thus all users (including mine) are set as standard users with no admin rights and cannot be changed.how do I access the "master" admin account in safe mode?I look forward to your thoughtsJean

Hi, If the built-in administrator account is disabled, you cannot log on to a computer in safe mode by using the built-in administrator account if one of the following conditions is true: The computer is a member of a domain. At least one active local administrator account exists. If the built-in administrator account is disabled, you cannot log on to a computer that is joined to a domain in safe mode by using the built-in administrator account. By default, you can log on to the computer as a member of the Domain Admins group to create an active local administrator account if an active local administrator account does not exist.
