Following a major update this week I was unable to log into my main user profile. This has happened before. With the help of technical support in the past it was discoverd the user profile file pointer in the registry was no longer correct.I presume this is the current problem. How can I permanently correct this? Why are so many people reporting similar problems and what is being done to fix this issue?
