Hello Everyone, I have tried everything and I can not figure this out. I installed a fresh Windows Vista and for some reason, I get a temporary profile everytime. The PC belongs to a Domain and we are not using roaming profiles. I turned off the UAC and ran the "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled " command.... still no luck... Devon
