Ok so ican only start in safe mode with networking it doesn't freeze up or run slow as can be. But there is an icon and says user profile blah blah blah then says that i am on a temporary profile. My bf closed the laptop on me playing around and its been messed up ever since. Can anyone help? be much appericated. Thanx.

Hello, I know that you could only login the system in safe mode with no glitch, please follow the steps below to see whether they could work. Start Computer in safe mode. 2. Click Start. 3. Type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) in the Start Search bar and click Enter on the keyboard. 4.
