What site are you trying to access? I would still guess that the problem is that you are going through the proxy. What happens when you're connected at the office? Same problem? What does your PAC file contain? Proxy exceptions?Blog: www.danielclasson.com/blog | LinkedIn: Daniel Classon | Twitter: @danielclasson

Hi, To troubleshoot the issue, a lot of logs are necessary. I suggest that you can create a case to Microsoft for the complex issue. Best Regards Scott Xie

Hi, Sounds like a proxy setting. If you are using Internet Explorer go to Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Setting and see if there's a proxy specified there.Blog: www.danielclasson.com/blog | LinkedIn: Daniel Classon | Twitter: @danielclasson

Do you need to use an Internet Explorer proxy at your company? Otherwize, you can tick out the "Use a proxy server for your LAN", and see what happens. Blog: www.danielclasson.com/blog | LinkedIn: Daniel Classon | Twitter: @danielclasson

Try turning off User Account Control. Type UAC in the search bar in the start menu. Turn it all the way down then restart.
