User Accounts and ATGinaHook
Hello,I just had a tech set up my laptop (using Windows xp) and would like to change the settings he implemented. It's currently set up so only one user can be logged on at a time but I would like to reinstate the ability for both users to be logged on and use the "switch user" function. However, when I go to User Accoutns -> Change the way users log on or off, a message appears that states: A recently installed program has disabled the welcome screen and the Fast user switching. to restore the features, you msut uninstll the program. the following file name might helpyou identfy the program that mad the change: ATGinaHook.dll"I went in and renamed the ATGinaHook file (found in windows/system32) to -ATGinaHook but then the laptop would not start up at all. I've since changed it back (using safemode). And the tech says he's not heard of this file.Any suggestions?
