Hi everyone, I have quite an annoying issue regarding my Windows 7 account. 4 out of 5 times I try to download a legitimate program or update like iTunes or a MS office trial, they cannot be installed due to Administrator issues, with myself being the administrator...does anyone know what I can do to recitify my account or just have a clean reinstall of my computer, I just want to start over from scratch so advice is really needed please thank you :)

Hi, Before going any further, I would like to verify what error message did you receive when you want to install these programs? According to your description, this issue can be caused by the user profile problem. I suggest recreating an administrator account to see if the same issue occurs: ==================== 1) Click the Start Button, type User Accounts in the start search pane and press Enter. 2) Click Manage user accounts. 3) Click Create a new account, and type the name. 4) Choose account type as Computer administrator. 5) Click Create Account. 6) Log off and log on with the new account.
