I am trying to add a user account for one of my children. When I add the child and Windows goes through the setup process, the setup stalls when it is setting up the account's Windows Media Player settings. The setup keeps stalling at the same point. I have deleted the user account, rebooted and re-established the account and the setup stalls at the WMP setup.1 person needs an answerI do too
