I just purchased an HP All In One pc with windows 7 installed. Model number ms213. When trying to download from a casual game site. The game download installer is blocked by windows, not allowing the installer to access my computer. The message says "Windows has blocked the game downloader from accessing your computer. Make sure windows user account has full privilidges." I am running Kaspersky security software. I tried disabling the firewall temporarily, but that didn't work either. I have tried everything I know. I have not found how to change the user settings, or know how to do that.

Hi, Assure the current user profile has administrator Privileges and temporarily disable UAC (User Account Control) for a test. 1. Click “Start” and “Control Panel”. 2. Click “User Accounts and Family Safety”, “User Accounts” and “Change User Account Control settings”. 3. Slide the slider bar to the lowest value (towards Never Notify). 4.
