Hello, I turn on my desk top and it says "Starting up" - The red,green,yellow and blue flag comes up, it goes directly to the blue screen where the icons should be but they are gone. I can not log in as the icons are gone. I have tried to start the task manager with control Alt Delete to no avail, I have tried safe mode F8 it just makes the screen bigger but no icons, I have tried F4, and last resort removing the battery. When I go to reset it shuts down, across the screen where the icons should be ther is just some squares and circles. Please help ASAp. Thanks.

Hi, Did this issue occur before? Have you installed some software or changed some hardware recently? You can perform System Restore to check what the result is: 1) Reboot and press F8 2) Select "Repair my computer" 3) Select the keyboard layout and language 4) When you reach system recovery tools, select System restore. 5) Select a restore point which it was working fine and restart the computer.
