You cannot use XP as a pseudo-server with so many computers. You need a real server operating system because there are limitations on concurrent inbound connections. XP Pro has a limit of 10 such connections. This limitation is not on users or computers but on connections and each computer can - and often does - make multiple connections to a server or pseudo-server. Besides, with so many workstations management is unwieldy. MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
