I've bought a new Dell laptop with Windows 8.1 pre-installed on it.

I would like to remove Windows 8.1 and install Ubuntu instead.  However, I would like to install Windows 8 on a virtual machine as a guest system within the Ubuntu host on the SAME machine.

I know technically it should be possible, I just wanted to be sure I do not violate any EULA.  It seems to be from the EULA that its fine, but I just wanted to be sure.
