Use Windows 8.1 Pro machine as reciever of Miracast

Sorry if the title isnt descriptive enough, but allow me to try and explain...

Does my laptop (intel HD 4000 graphics) with freshly installed windows 8.1 preview have the ability to RECEIVE a wireless display signal? I have seemingly figured out how to mirror or display my screen (from my laptop) on to a wireless display receiver like the PTV3000 but instead I want to send the signal FROM my miracast enabled android 4.2.2 smartphone and have it be sent TO my desktop/laptop computer that is plugged into a TV sized monitor.

So basically I want to know if my new windows 8.1 machine can be used as a wireless display receiver (like a ptv3000) for my phone.

basically too often do i want to show my whole living room a cool video on my phone and instead of copy/pasting the link to the TV (which is plugged into a computer) all i would have to do is send it via Miracast and VOILA!

any help is GREATLY appreciated. thanks a bunch.
