Urgent!!! Windows 7 Pro computers have issue after reboot
Hi, Initially a few users were unable to open Word/Excel/printing last week. Then I noticed I was unable to open Devices and Printers window. If I stop Print Spooler service, everything works fine except printing. I first did virus scan/spyware scan on both computers, they are clean. I spend a week to search the solution. I started Bluetooth Support service as someone mentioned it fixed their problem, but no luck. I did run sfc /scannow, no conflict found. Today, I rebooted another Windows 7 computer which was fine before I reboot, however the exact same happens right after reboot. Need help urgently!!! I suspect it's caused by Windows updates recently released. Is there anyone having the same issue? Any help will be highly appreciated! Gracegrace

Hi Grace, Set the Print Spooler service to start automatically. Try restart the computer and enter into Safe Mode with networking, check if the issue persists. Also test in Clean Boot.
