Upgrading an existing windows 8.1 to windows 10 on a bootcamp mac book pro

I just bought windows 10 and been trying to upgrade my existing bootcamp windows 8.1 to windows 10. Could someone please help me out? Anytime I trying to upgrade, I get the following blue screen of death.

Could you upload the memory.dmp file from the C:\Windows folder and upload for us?

We can then analyze it.
