Upgraded to 8.1 now apps don't run

Typical reasons why Windows 8.1 apps do not run after an upgrade include the lack of a Microsoft Account connected to your local account. The Apps and Windows Store page on the Microsoft Windows site is a great resource to peruse and may offer an answer to your problem.
Otherwise, until we receive additional information like ZigZag3143x stated our support will be unfortunately limited.
