Ask vendors support/forum for help.

Look into Hardware Compatibility list and make sure that your computer is on list of supported devices.

Download driver from vendors support page and reinstall drive. If you want more information, give more input info for us to find better answer.

More often than not when a device isn't working it is because the driver has become corrupted. Re-installing a fresh copy should help http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly?SignedIn=1

Hi ,

Thank you for your question.

What did you mean that my touchpad does not work?

In addition above suggest, we try to run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption. SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

1. Press Windows key + X, click Command Prompt (Admin).
2. In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER: sfc /scannow

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Ji
