Upgrade MBAM 1.0 to MBAM 2.0(Beta)
Hi All, I have been using MBAM 1.0 in my Production environment from a long time. Now the Microsoft has released the 2nd version of MBAM although it is in beta phase. I have implemented the Beta version and is familiar with it. Now I want to move some of my machine from MBAM 1.0 to MBAM 2.0 to monitor the performance. Can someone suggest me as how to upgrade the MBAM 1.0 to MBAM 2.0. What are the necessary changes that needs to be done. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks Gaurav Ranjan

Hi Gaurav, It seems that currently there is no official article being published to talk about how to upgrade MBAM 1.0 to MBAM 2.0 I think once the released version of MBAM 2.0 available, there will be document for upgrade path. I wouldn't move until 2.0 is in a release state if I was you. If it's just for testing out you could Disable Bitlocker on a machine and remove the agent. Set up a policy applied to a different OU. Install the new client on the machine in question, put it in an OU with the new policies for version 2.0 and install the client.PLEASE MARK ANY ANSWERS TO HELP OTHERS Blog: rorymon.com Twitter: @Rorymon
