Hi, I use to connect my remote system using VFORTRESS VPN connectivity, it doesnt needs any s/w. Just login into the site and enter the user name and password. It was working fine with me in XP but in VISTA when i try to do the same it opens the window but before that a error comes with the title bar as "Upgrade" and the text is "Please close all you microsoft word applications to proceed with client installation", whereas i have not kept any other windos opened. This message goes in loop and forcefully endtask this message. Rgds Prabhu
