Hi,I'm trying to update patches for OCS2007 R2 as i'm doing upgrade to LYNC2013. Found KB2512777 must be install in back end DB server so that communicator front end service able to start.

Proceed to install it but it already taking me 1.5 hours and still installing. May i know is it normal? It's worry me now.

It should not take so long time to install,would you please check the event viewer and SQL log to see if there are any tips?Also please check the CPU and Memory usage to make sure they are not in low resource.

Besides,please check the permissions of the database,Give dbowner access to the RTCUniversalServeradmin security group.
