Update KB2454826 messed up my HDMI
Today, (as a result of automatic updates) Windows Update decided to install a new important update (KB2454826), which resulted in my HDMI not working at all. I have an Asus UL30A, and I hook it up to a Benq G2420HD, using a HDMI cable. This worked perfectly
before the update, now it doesn't work at all. I tried reinstalling the graphics driver (didn't work), uninstalling the KB2454826 update (didn't work), and reinstalling the graphics driver again (didn't work either). Any suggestions on how to fix this? Help
appreciated! - Espen

Hi espenmbr,
Since you have uninstalled the update KB2454826, the issue is still there. I recommend you try the
System Restore to the time point before
that update.
Meanwhile, here’s the workaround about installing updates failure, refer to:
Getting out of a no boot situation after installing
updates on Windows 7-2008R2.

Miya
